The property is surrounded by fields to the rear and front. The new extension features a large double bedroom measuring 4 m x 4m with fully fitted wardrobes and dressing/work table. It has a private en-suite bathroom with walk in power shower. The room benefits from its own wall mounted tv with sky q box facility. . Outside of the bedroom there is a small kitchenette with fridge, washing machine and dryer and wash basin Guests have access to utility room with the use of washing machine, dryer and American fridge freezer. Also the use of a private living room (the property has two lounges ) with access to the garden. Guests have the use of the private fully equipped gym located in the garden and guests are encouraged to use the garden and enjoy the rural surroundings. I work locally so I'm out most of the day but my days off vary from week to week. As I own the business I have total flexibility if I'm required to assist guests.
