Fantastic holiday apartment with sea view on the best stretch of Costa del Sol

A warm welcome to our wonderful, newly renovated apartment in Marina de la Alcaidesa, just 5 minutes on foot from the ocean. The apartment has fantastic views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean sea, a large sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom each, completely new and modern furniture, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, 24 h security, underground parking with lift and the closest pool is just 20 meters away. Relax by one of the 4 pools or down by the beautiful, pristine beach (blue flag) which never gets crowded. There are 2 golf courses within walking distance, one of which is southern Spain's only links course. Several other well-known golf courses, such as Valderrama and San Roque Club can be reached within 15-20 min. by car. Alcaidesa's location on a gentle slope towards the ocean is absolutely beautiful, surrounded on two sides by national parks, mountains towards the inland and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea. This part of the Costa del Sol is much less touristic than further up north and never gets crowded. In addition to that, the climate is great with very mild winters and a cooling sea breeze during the hotter months. The location is also a perfect starting point for exploring Andalusia. There is so much to see close by, for example Gibraltar (20 min. by car), Tarifa with fantastic surf waves and an amazing white beach (45 min.), Sotogrande with a very nice marina and several very good restaurants (15 min) or why not head over to Africa for a day or two?
