The cottage has four bedrooms; a king-size, a double, a twin and a single, sleeping seven guests. The property also consists of a bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and additional parking on the roadside, as well as an enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture and a barbecue. For keen cyclists, the National cycle route 1 passes through Sedgeford and the Peddars Way is close by and easy to access. The village of Heacham is 3 miles away, with a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and two picturesque sandy beaches. The seaside town of Hunstanton is slightly further afield and offers attractions such as a SEA LIFE Centre and Heritage Centre & Museum, as well as a sandy beach.
