Waitzdorf is located directly at the foot of the Waitzdorfer Berg with fantastic distant views. On the ground floor, the house offers a spacious and modern living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher) a cozy fireplace and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with double sink, shower, tub & toilet.
