Gorgeous converted oast house in rural Sussex

Beautiful converted oast house, walking distance from the lovely Sussex village of Fletching and several great country pubs. Quiet, rural location with lots of local walks. Easy reach of the Ashdown Forest, Brighton and the South Downs. Day trips to London easy by train from local stations. Private garden, use of tennis court. Pricing varies by season. Please note FRIDAY or MONDAY check in only It's a self-catered holiday cottage - close to our home but completely private. We provide a welcome pack with some basics - tea, coffee, milk and bread. There's a small terrace immediately outside the Oast for guests to use and a separate garden exclusively for Oast guests, with a lovely outlook over fields and trees. We're usually around - and our mobile number is provided in the cottage. But we leave you entirely to your own devices! Rural location, surrounded by fields. Lovely walk from the door to our best local pub. Easy access to local towns and villages. Car essential. Not suitable for children under 5 (unless they are not yet mobile!) and I'm afraid don't take pets.
