The apartment has central heating and insect screens. Children can romp, frolic, whoop, and laugh in the playground, which will be there own little paradise. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the covered roofed terrace or lie back in the lounger in the garden, listening to the chirping of birds. There is a barbecue to enjoy the evenings.
