House sleeps 2 persons comfortably upstairs but can accommodate up to 3 persons. Livingroom and spacious outdoor terrace, balcony facing the south, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. House does not have dishwasher or washing machine yet. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in one of the most picturesque communities on Swedens West Coast. One of the most pretty houses in Grundsund harbor. The property has had the same owner for over 40 years and is very stylishly decorated with light colors. Patios and windows give plenty of daylight and views of the canal. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping. The house does not have wifi, dishwasher or clothes washer. This is a summer retreat that requires total relaxation!! Guests can use the entire house as well as the small dock for the boat located below the house.
