The 110 square meter apartment is very large, ideal for hosting up to 5 people and is on the second floor of a family house. The area is quiet, well served and ideal for families. The sea is about 1Km away and the beach is of fine sand, shallow water perfect for children. Immediately behind the house are the splendid hills of the Marche. A small square with children's games is located in front of the house and makes the stay pleasant for families. For shopping, the outlets of the best-known Italian footwear brands await you, all of which can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. The rooms we provide are two large bedrooms, one double and one triple. Both have a personal bathroom (not in the room) with shower or bathtub. The apartment is large, well equipped and there is a kitchen and a bright lounge / dining room at your disposal. You will find digital terrestrial TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, kitchen with electric oven, fireplace for roasts and we also provide linen for the kitchen. We are pleased to offer our guests breakfast and with a slight notice also GLUTEN FREE breakfast for celiac guests. Possibility of street parking.
