Comfy double room in beautiful, quiet village

Comfy double room on the first floor. Home is in quiet village with good quick access (2-3 miles) to trains and motorway. A friendly chocolate Labrador lives at the property, and guests with a friendly dog are welcome. Audley End House, Imperial War Museum (Duxford) and and the historic town of Saffron Walden are within 5 miles of the property. We are in a quiet , small village with quick access to M11 and trains to London and Cambridge. There is no public transport in the village - there are lots of local taxis. There is a shared bathroom and also a separate shower room. Guests can use the shared bathroom or separate shower room, the kitchen and a dedicated sitting room. I am available by phone, text or email. The village is very quiet and we have lovely countryside views. We are close to the charming market town of Saffron Walden which is very popular with tourists. Audley End mansion and park are just down the road. The Imperial War museum at Duxford is close. Chesterford Research Park and the Genome Campus are also nearby. Audley End rail station is the closest, on the main line between Cambridge and London Liverpool Street. There are generally taxis at Audley End. There are buses to Saffron Walden from Audley End, Cambridge and Stansted airport. From Saffron Walden to Littlebury, you will need a taxi or a walk! From the M11, use either junction 10 if coming south or junction 9a if coming north. There's no public transport in the village.
