You will enjoy the calm of the village while staying 5 minutes from all the services available in Baume-les-Dames. All the comfort is there. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and wc are on the ground floor; the bedrooms are upstairs. The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, vitro hob, microwave, oven, extractor, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, DVD player, board games and books, table football. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room: it is equipped with a garden furniture and a barbecue. In fine weather, you can also enjoy the pétanque field and the swing in the garden and why not take a look at the chickens and rabbits with the children.
