Luxe apartment 19 minutes from downtown Amsterdam

Two room appartment, located in the old car free city center of Purmerend. The shops, bars and restaurants are less then 50 meters from the appartment. Checkin is self checkin with key safe. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters further. The apartment has 55 square meters floor surface, and has two levels. It is located in a building with 4 other apartments. If you want to stay with 3 persons , there is extra bedding for the sofa in the livingroom. The entrance to the apartment is through a 600 year old alley. At the end of the alley are the baker and butcher, as well as a some restaurants. The apartment has a Well equipped kitchen. Supermarket and a night shop at less than 200 meters. Television with international channels and free Netflix. Fast internet. Independent heating system. If you enter the building, before you go up the stairs, on your left is an area with a washing machine and dryer that can be used free of charge. Here you can also drop off your luggage. I am normally not present at the apartment, but nearby and available by phone, mail, through the airbnbapp and text . In person Usually just a few minutes away. You are in the old city center of Purmerend. Restaurants, bakers, butchers and an 100 shops are all within a few 100 meters. The square “ the Koemarkt “ has about 40 bars and restaurants in a row. At 250 meters. Edam, Volendam, de Rijperweg, Beemster polder, de Zaanse Schans, windmills and castle’s ( Muiden en Medemblik) are all between 1 and 45 km away. Be sure to get the REGION ticket. It is valid for travel between the airport, in and around Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Valid for bus, train , tram and subway. Check it out on the internet. For sale at the airport, Amsterdam central station and online. Cost is 19,50 euro for a 1 day ticket, 28 euro for a two day ticket and 36,50 euro for a 3 day ticket. One way bus tickets from the apartment to Amsterdam are 4,20 euro if you use the TRANZER app. Buying a ticket in the bus costs more. The train from Schiphol airport to Amsterdam central station takes 17 minutes. The busses between Purmerend and Amsterdam central station (downtown)run 2 to 8 times an hour. There is an express bus lane to Amsterdam. Bus 305 takes 19 minutes from Purmerend to downtown Amsterdam. (Exit PrinsHendrikkade) Last bus out is at 1.15 hour. The bus stop is 80 meters from the apartment. After midnight 300 meters. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday there are night busses (extra pay) throughout the night, the bus stop is then 300 meters from the apartment. Bus 301 takes 18 minutes to Amsterdam main subway hub North. From there you can get to any subway station in max 12 minutes. (Central station 3 min.). In Purmerend there are also 3 train stations , but the nearest is a 10 minute walk. With the Amsterdam Region ticket you can also visit: Volendam, Edam, Monnickendam, De Rijp, Beemster Polder, Muiden Castle, Zaanse Schans. The Beach at Zandvoort and IJmuiden and the Keukenhof with no extra charge. All trips start at the busstation at 70 meters from the apartment. The area directly by the studio is payed parking. Parking for 3,50 euro a day is possible. At 400 meters free parking is possible. The third person sleeps in the livingroom on a sofa or floor mattress
