Lovely bright apartment with large windows. All rooms except the kitchen have recently been renovated. There is also a new washing machine and dish washer. There are lots of amenities close by including the co-op, greggs, etc. We are minutes from the m25 and close to the north circular. There are close links (10 minutes walk) into London on the over ground, Gordon Hill & Enfield. We have several local parks/woods (5 minutes walk) from the apartment. Even though it is a flat we have a garden. The guests can access our lounge with a dining table. A double bedroom. A bathroom with shower and bath tub. A kitchen and our small garden. Guests can access the whole of the downstairs part of the property including the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge. We have an upstairs converted loft room that is used as storage while we Airbnb our property and is not for guests. We have a small garden with BBQ that guests are welcome to use. As we are the top floor flat this can be accessed by the side gate to our property. I am happy to meet with guests to go through how things work or drop/leave keys and allow guests to have their own space. Quiet and friendly neighbour. At the end of our road are a few shops including; a coffee shop, the co-op, Sainsbury's local, dominos, greggs and several take away places. Enfield town station is a ten minute walk away. This will get you to London Liverpool Street in 30 minutes. Also a ten minute walk away is Gordon hill station. This will get you to Moorgate station in 30 minutes or Finsbury Park in 20. The m25 and north circular are close by (10 minute drive). We are the top floor flat of a converted turn of the century property. Our garden can only be accessed therefore through the side gate of the property.
