À das Freiras is a charming centenary building, totally renewed in 2016, located in the central town of Estremoz – Alentejo. Here you can experience all cultural and historical aspects of Estremoz, such as the castel, the street market, the best wines and food of Alentejo, hunting and fishing, and great natural landscapes. In our kitchen we left some recipes of Alentejo food. Get aventure between pots and pans, and enjoy your meal!
