New build house with added water softener for added comfort when washing. Limited to bedroom and bathroom only due to Covid-19. Private bedroom and use of study for working. Separate bathroom with overhead shower and bath. Washer and dryer available on request. Lounge area and use of TV not available. Available in evenings after work. Asda and takeaway shops 5 minutes walking from house, including costa, Chinese and chip shop. 25 minutes walk from Train Station,training runs from Didcot Parkway ten minutes into Oxford and 45 minutes into London Paddington. Ideal location for workers needing to get to Milton Business Park and Culham Science Park located nearby. 5 minutes drive from A34, 30 minutes from Reading and 25 minutes from Oxford city. NOTE: Currently we are not accepting overseas guests due to self isolation requirements. If guests require early check in, please contact us before your booking and we can try to make arrangements.
