On 137 sqm and 2 levels, the house offers a spacious home with upscale amenities. A maximum of 8 adults, 1 child and 2 toddlers can spend their holidays together. Enjoy from each of the rooms the view of the water (Baltic Sea / marina). Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with shower and bath, on the ground floor shower and toilet are separated. As a special highlight for families, we have set up a games room on the ground floor. It offers a lot to discover for children from 1-12 years. Admission to the indoor playground at Aktiv Hus is also free of charge for 2 adults and 2 children with the Villa Dünengras annual pass! If you travel without children, the playroom can also be used as a rest room or bedroom (with high quality sofa bed, width 160cm). Spend the summer in the fresh air on one of the terraces / balconies of the Villa Dünengras. From the living room leads to the large south-facing terrace with marina view. Two garden tables, chairs, deck chairs, a parasol and a Weber charcoal grill are available here. The terrace and the balcony with sea view can be reached via the bedroom or Playroom. Do you feel like doing sports? Load outdoor games, sand toys and children into the cart and off you go to the beach! For holiday makers of the Villa Dünengras is a free, in-house SUP (with trolley) ready. Paddle out to the Baltic Sea or inland harbor and enjoy the harbor and the beach from a special perspective! 2 folding bicycles and 2 scooters are available for exploring the surrounding area. In addition, a toddler scooter (from 2 years) and a wheel and 2 helmets are available. After a day on the salty sea air, you can end the evening in the Finnish sauna overlooking the sea or by the fireplace! For 2 adults and 2 children the entrance in the indoor playground with the annual ticket of the Villa Dünengras is free of charge! The technical equipment of the house includes: 55 '' - Smart TV, DVD / Blu-ray player and DAB radio with CD (in the living room), flat screen TV in all bedrooms upstairs, Wi-Fi / Bluetooth radio in the games room, Wi-Fi entire cottage. The kitchen is generously equipped: toaster, 2 electric kettles, egg cooker, mixer with purging bar, a classic coffee machine and the daily consumables around the sink are at your disposal. Upon request, 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs for children are prepared for you.
