There is WiFi accessible in the annexe and smart TV Entrance to annexe is separate private entrance so you have complete privacy The house is also 2-5 min walk from Southwater village with all amenities Large bedroom space with a corner chair, a kitchenette to make tea and coffee and en-suite bathroom Access to Annexe is through the back garden This is annexe on back of family home. I’m around most nights if you need anything. We are right in heart of Southwater Village near Horsham There is a pub next to the house, and 2 mins walk to nearest supermarket and 5 mins to parade of shops with takeaways, coffee shops, library, supermarkets and pharmacy Easiest to have a car to get around, lots of free street parking opposite the house
