The village has good local amenities that include; bus stops, shop/post office, pub/restaurant, and a chip shop/restaurant, all just five minutes from the property. Roughton is conveniently located for the beautiful North Norfolk coast and many other local attractions. Sunny Brook is a beautiful, one bedroom, self contained holiday retreat. The comfy bedroom has plenty of storage and has an en-suite bathroom. The living space is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen. The seating area has a cosy log burner, sofa and a television. The property also has a small outside seating area where you can enjoy al fresco eating or your favourite morning coffee/tea. The nearby market towns of Aylsham and North Walsham are just a short drive away and provide all facilities including a regular farmers markets. Norwich city centre is just 20 miles from Roughton: with it’s high street shops; Cathedral; theatre; museums and many ancient buildings for you to explore. North Norfolk coastlines are beautiful and well worth a visit. The Norfolk Broads and the lovely National Trust parks are all just a short drive away. Roughton others a good public transport service, with bus stops just a short walk from the property. However there is no pavement for about fifty yards.
