Newly converted old tack room set within the grounds of a working small holding. Offering a wonderful countryside getaway, a must for animal lovers. Feel free to wander and make friends with the horses and pedigree flock of Zartble sheep. Footpaths lead directly from the property. There is a village shop approx 2 miles and numerous pubs in nearby villages. Norwich City is approx 20mins away and the beautiful Norfolk coast and broads 60 mins. The Tackroom offers a cosy compact hideaway. Newly converted, it has its own front door leading to open plan living /dining with bistro style table and chairs , large comfy leather sofa and TV. The kitchenette has a combination microwave/oven/grill, kettle, toaster and fridge for light catering. Modern shower room and seperate double bedroom with double bed , quality linens, TV , hanging and draw space , hair dryer. Outside is your own sitting area or you may wish to take a set of folding table and chairs ( provided) and sit in the meadow to soak up the view, enjoy the tranquility and maybe even sip a sun downer!! Guests have sole use of The Tackroom for their stay and the seating area outside. You are more than welcome to walk on the meadows. Guests can also get up close to the animals that live on the small holding. ( at their own risk ). It is requested that the Animal's must NOT be fed. Because this is a small holding I am usually about doing one thing or another so nearly always available to help or just have a chat. Guests can always also get me via phone or simply knock on the door as I live on the property. Low Common is a small rural community. There is not a lot that goes on here other than peace and quiet and that's what I love most !. However there are wonderful places to visit , lovely walks and of course the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads within an hours drive. This is a rural area so a car is essential. Cycling is a lovely way to enjoy the countryside so bring your bikes!! (There is plenty of room to put them in the cartlodge) There is a station in Diss that can take you swiftly into London or Norwich The very pretty Station at Wymondham is also only 10 minutes away. Because this is a small holding there can potentially be noise from the animals that live here. I do have small dogs that will at times be free ranging , they are friendly, but can bark. The meadows should you wish to walk on them can get muddy in winter. It is requested that the entrance gate be closed after entering or leaving the property.
