A family and pet friendly home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the local shop, award winning butcher and the local pub. Some fantastic walks to be had, the village is on the border between West Sussex and Surrey. The Wey and Arun canal runs through the village and woodlands are close by too. Easily accessible by car are Guildford, Horsham, Petworth, Arundul, Goodwood and the beach. Gatwick is 40 minutes away and London an hour. Hallway leading to utility room with toilet, washing machine and dryer. Living room with stove leading into open plan kitchen and diner with sliding doors opening onto the landscaped garden including veg beds and chestnut fort with slide. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2: Single bunk beds, can be separated to two singles if required. Nursery: Cot and baby changing table. Bathroom: Bath with power shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Just ask if you need anything extra for your stay. We have; a dog crate, highchairs, stair gates, bath seats, toys, monitors plus more. This is our family home and we plan to go on holiday ourselves when our house is rented out. We will have someone local on hand if anyone is needed. A car is required, minimal public transport
