Single room in central Umeå

My room is situated by a calm street near the river. It has a fully ecquipted kitchen, bath- room and big laundry room downstairs. I have free wi-fi and a bike to use. It's near to city center and it takes 15 min. by bike to uni. Garden to sit in. It's a nice room with a new bed, I prepare the bed with linen. You'll have two towels. You can work from the room because it's a very calm neighborhood. Near to all facilitys in town and the nature by the river. Easy to go to uni. and buses. You can use my kitchen as much as you like. It's 3 min. to a small food-shop. I have free wi-fi and a bike to use. If you want to wash it's easy to use a big laundry room. I'm a very social person and I find joy in talking to my guests. (But only if they're intersted...) I work from home and I'm mostly in my studio, so it's easy for me to help out if it's necessary. Teg is a calm and peaceful part of the center of Umeå. You can see the river from the kitchen window. It's near to two beautilful small islands on the river. It's 5 min. to several busstops and 10 min. downtown. But why not use the bike? Umeå have a lot of bike roads. The airport is situated near Teg, easy to go by taxi or bus.
