Beautiful outbuilding situated in the heart of Derbyshire. Outbuilding separated from main house. Shared garden with stunning views of the countryside. This property has its own private entrance and includes off road parking. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district Looking for a family day out? Just a 45-minute car drive we have Alton towers theme park. Derby city centre is just 20 minutes away and is great for nightlife, restaurant and shopping. The Space This is a newly decorated open plan room that consist of a large bed settee and kitchen. Within the kitchen area you will find an oven with 2 hobs, fridge/freezer and a washer dryer, Toaster, kettle and microwave. Luxury private bathroom with large spacious shower. Bedding, Towels, Crockery and Cutlery are supplied. On your arrival you will be supplied with a welcome basket consisted of milk, tea and coffee sachets. If you would like anything getting before your arrival such a bread, food ect… this could be arranged at an extra cost. 24 hours before your arrival you will be given instructions of your key safe to the property. Just as a last note You may meet Parker, Parker is a lovely friendly Jack Russel (dog) who loves to play in the garden.
