Stocksfarm, The Cottage

Our little cottage is the perfect base for visits to the local tourist attractions, such as Hebden Bridge, Haworth (home of the Bronte's), York and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, to name but a few. And if you're into walking and taking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, then look no further, you could start with the Calderdale Way or the stunning North Yorkshire National Park which is only an hours drive away. The Cottage is located in a small village within walking distance or a short drive to local pubs and resturants. The cottage is homely, clean and always warm. Additional to the bedroom and bathroom is a small kitchen area that includes a kettle, toaster and fridge. As the Cottage is attached to our family home, I'm sure you will see us from time to time and we are always happy to help. However we feel your stay with us should remain as relaxing as possible and we will not intrude on your time with us. Parking is on a quite road just outside the farm gate. A bus stop is also situated outside the farm as an option, however most people find it easier to visit many local attractions by car. The small farm is home to some free range poultry, so please expect to see a few wondering around occasionally .
