Tea/coffee as standard and more recently in these unprecedented times, we have included a fridge and crockery for your convenience and use of a microwave if required. The en-suite bathroom can be shared if the room connected is occupied at the same time, but this is rare. Further more, your room will be made up prior to your arrival and then left alone until after your departure, minimising contact for your own peace of mind. My second room is a double and connected by an ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom, should you require something larger: room numb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) A modern 21st Century home, decorated to a high standard. The use of a microwave in the kitchen is available for your convenience. The dining room can be used to eat breakfast if ordered and the sunroom for a change of scene, where all the chilling is done! Your visit can be as private as you'd like it to be, or I am more than happy to offer any help and support as and when you may need it. North Hykeham is an up and coming neighbourhood, with plenty of amenities within walking distance; not least a lovely pub called The Centurion that does good food and other local eateries within walking distance. A selection of supermarkets, including Lidl, Tesco and Asda are very close by. A post office, paper shop and Vape shop etc. We also have a local sports centre well within walking distance. All this on our doorstep... Parking is on the premises, or round the side of our house, depending on occupancy. we are extremely close to public transportation. Buses run very frequently into Lincoln itself and takes 20 minutes or so. There are plenty of taxi firms locally and in addition, train stations. You will never be stuck for transport anywhere from here. Although bedrooms are, of course private with locks, there maybe on occasion a need to share some facilities, such as the dining room and sunroom depending on occupancy; this could potentially further enhance your experience with us.
