It is single and very practical room with a good size build-in wardrobe. There is a good size parking space on the side of the property. A lovely park right behind the house which is great for short walks and feeding the ducks :) Walking distance to the shops in town. Train station is just about 20mins walk. 5 mins drive to 24 hours Tesco. 10mins drive to get to M3. 10-15 mins drive to near town centres. Single room with the use of the entire house I live in the property however I am currently away and renting the entire house Sandhurst is a village in Berkshire and best know as the home of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. It takes 10mins drive to get to M3. About 40mins drive to London. Only 5mins drive away from the nearest shops. It is 10mins drive to get to M3. The nearest train station is 25mins walking distance. When my boy friend is away for work, I may decline male guests.
