Welcome to our well presented spacious apartment which has everything you need & more than a hotel has to offer for an enjoyable & relaxing stay. Its location is in a vibrant busy village which has all the amenities on your doorstep.Public transport, motorway links & of course the local attractions are all close by. Our apartment is bright & spacious with scenic views to the rear of the apartment. Located on the second floor there is an open lounge/dining room with two large sofa’s, coffee table, dining table and 50”Smart TV. Free Superfast Fibre Broadband WIFI is also available throughout the property. There are two luxury double bedrooms, one en-suite with Power shower. Both decorated to a great standard with quality carpets & luxury bedding. There is also a separate family bathroom which also has a Power shower as well as a bath. The separate fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle to an integrated washer dryer,electric oven/hob & all the cooking utensils you will need. We make sure tea, coffee, breakfast cereals etc are available for our guests. We also provide fresh quality towels, ironing board, iron & hairdryer. Our apartment also has its own private allocated car parking space which is directly outside of our apartment. The whole apartment is very private & is entirely yours to use at your own leisure. If you are interested in seeing the local areas we have put together our own list of recommendations as well as a great tourist guide magazine which has all upto date info on the local area & attractions. We will leave this in the apartment upon arrival. Fantastic location for motorway links network[M18], fast food outlets. Super markets Aldi/Morrisons 3 minute drive , Sainsburys super store 10minutes away, lots of places to visit in the area. Massive Parkland at rear, a real joy being in the countryside. Childrens playground 5mins walk. We usually leave keys for you to collect from a key safe. You can contact us by phone or on Airbnb at anytime during your stay. Check-in is usually 3pm onwards and check-out times are usually 10:00 am. We will try and accommodate your schedule whenever possible. It's really helpful to know your travel plans so please let us know what time you intend to arrive and depart and by what method of transport when you book. Weekends we aim to be more flexible. The property is located within a Private housing estate which is within walking distance to the local shops/restaurants etc. To the rear of the property is the popular Sandall Beat Park/ Woods.This is very popular with families/Mountain Bikers/dog walkers/joggers. Great for that early morning run or fresh air stroll if you have the time. There is also a great Childrens park less than 5 minutes walk away Please note the property is on the second floor and access is via stairs. Please be aware that our Apartment has Neighbours so we ask you to be mindful of Noise levels when entering and exiting the property, and whilst staying as our guests. A parking permit is available once checked in, we ask this is displayed on your vehicle dashboard at all times during your stay.
