A charming wooden two-storey house close to the sea in the beautiful neighborhood of Kullavik, 20km south of Gothenburg. Featuring two big slate terraces and a flowery garden with fruit trees in a very private setting. Also featuring a sea side Cabana, perfect for swimming and fishing! There are also two bikes that are free to use during your stay. The house is well organised with a living room, dining room, masters bedroom, one guest bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms, a living room and toilet on the second floor. All rooms with wooden floors. The total indoor living area is approximately 200m². Outside you find two big slate terraces, one facing east and the other facing west with grill and outdoor furniture, overseeing the highly private beautiful lawn and garden with fruit trees and flowerbeds. The house is for maximum 8 people. The living area is equipped with Wi-Fi and internet access (250/250Mbit). In the downstairs living room you will find stereo system with wireless streaming capabilities (Apple Airplay), a 50" full HD TV, a black Malmsjö Grand piano and a fully functional fireplace. The upstairs living room has a 24" HD TV. The master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV. All TV's have Apple TV. A five minute walk away you will find our newly renovated bathing cabana, right next to the sea. Great for fishing! Kullavik is a very beautiful and calm town right next to the sea and it's rocky archipelagos. Fishing, sailing and golfing are all close at hand. Bringing a picknick and finding a secluded place on the cliffs by the water to enjoy the sunset is a must! The house does have it's own garage and parking lot with room for a total of four cars.
