Garden Annexe in Petersfield

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra. This stand-alone accommodation is separate to the main residence with its own entrance. The annexe sits within the garden of the main house. Towels/linen/hairdryer are provided, as well as toiletries. An iron is available on request. There is no kitchen, but - providing we are available - breakfast can be provided as an extra, and if more is required please ask as we always happy to help where we can. Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities are provided, as well as a fridge. Bike storage can be provided upon request. Plenty of parking available. Car parking is available and a small, private, pathway leads from the car to the annexe. A patio with table and chairs is available for private use. Our house is on a quiet road in Petersfield. Parking is available. Train station is a seven minute walk where there are also buses. Numerous local taxi services. Whilst completely separate to the main house, the annexe sits in our garden. It is a completely private space but on occasion family members may be tooing and froing (quietly).
