Secluded Country Bungalow Home - Dog Friendly

Welcome to my home! Very rural setting with woodland straight out the back gate. Closest shops/village are 3 miles away, so stock up prior to arriving. Dog friendly, please be considerate and don't allow them in the bedrooms, clearing the garden, etc. I AirBnB my place only when I'm away so I ask you respect that it's my home and I'm not some property tycoon! No street lights and it's incredibly quiet and relaxing. Within 15 minutes of both the M3/4 and the perfect escape for long walks Cosy bungalow with all mod cons and is very much a home. Lots of wonderful country pubs nearby perfect for long walks/cycling, etc. Legoland and Wellington Country Park very close by. Note there is a fridge but no freezer. There is no guest access to the washing machine. Please be careful on the wooden decking when it's wet/frosty as it can be slippery! Sky TV and WiFi in the house to use but frankly try to avoid those and instead get out there and enjoy the surroundings, immerse yourself in the countryside all around you. Go explore! There's a sofabed in the lounge that is a small double. Feel free to use it if you wish and let me know when you book if you intend to do so. There is no bedding for the sofabed so you'd need to bring a sleeping bag or similar, happy to discuss. Please park on the road near the property and not block any neighbours driveways, etc. Available by phone or message but not local Rural, farmland and woodland with lots of great cycling and walking opportunities, lovely country pubs, Wellington Estate, etc. About 15 minutes from Reading by car. 15 minutes to Hook and the M3 too. Lots of great walking routes in the area. You'll need to really have a car or similar to get to the house and to get out for any supplies, this is rural! There are bus routes from the main road but they are few and far between.
