Cosy but spacious end of terrace 2 bedroom beach house, situated in a small quiet close, with panoramic, unrestricted views of the sea from the lounge and balcony, 250m from the blue flag beach, accessed via the coastal path and steps. Private garden ideal for relaxing and enjoying BBQ's and time outside with friends and family. 5 minute walk from the village centre with choice of cafes, pubs, fish and chip, shops and post office. 2 bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor, with access to the garden. Open plan lounge and kitchen upstairs with access to the balcony and views of the sea. The house is self contained, accessed via key lock for which the code will be supplied prior to arrival. We are available by phone and email, with local support available should it be needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet ideally located a 2 minute walk from our fabulous Blue Flag beach with shops including Tesco, a convenience store, a butchers and greengrocers as well as social clubs and local entertainment in walking distance. In addition within short driving distance there is a golf course, crazy golf and driving range and a wealth of other activities including cinemas, live music and events, Cromer Pier and amusement arcade and some wonderful seasonal beach front cafes. In the village there is a green grocers and butchers for local produce. Driving to the house is the simpliest method, we officially have parking for 2 cars but you could easily fit 3. Nearest train station is North Walsham around 4 miles away and £10 taxi journey. The Norfolk coastline is beautiful and diverse and ideal for walkers. There are lots of country pubs and cafes to stop off at. We are close Felbrigg hall, Blickling hall, Sheringham Park all of which are worth a visit. Children will love the Amazon zoo 7 miles away in cromer, or catching crabs from Cromer pier. Pleasurewood hills is around 30/40 minutes away by Great Yarmouth. The Norfolk broads are 20 minutes away, hire a day boat and explore the waterways.
