The Beach House 19th century seaside traditional farmhouse (former raisin warehouse), fully restored, on the beach of the town of Kiato (ancient Sikyon). The beach house highlights the sense of simplicity, relaxation, security and freedom of movement through contact with land and sea, as well as the proximity to modern structures of commercial and sanitary services and to the most important archaeological sites in the country. The main asset of the home is that it combines the advantages of a seaside cottage where one can be isolated in the garden while having all the facilities of a city. Specifically the space has: -3 bedrooms with 9 sleeping places -1 living room with 1 sofa bed 2 built-in canapés - divans and 1 small child-bed -2 toilets (1 indoor and 1 outdoor with showers) -1 fully equipped kitchen with small storage room -Internet and TV -Baths, towels, hair-drier -fireplace -Parking 3 seats - large garden (with fruit trees, shading trees, flowers) -external traditional built oven -Security Kiato is located 20 km from the city of Corinth on the north coast of the Peloponnese. There are 3 ways to access: If guests arrive by airplane, they can rent a car at the airport, follow the Attiki Odos road and then drive to Elefsina, then to Corinth and then to Patras and exit right to Kiato. Kilometers 106 and journey time of approximately 1.45 '. The second way is to take the suburban railway from the airport, which ends in Kiato the duration from the airport is about the same and the itineraries are every 1 hour. The train station in Kiato is a 10-minute walk from the house. The third way is by bus X 93 from the airport, which stops at the central bus station in (Website hidden by Airbnb) can get the bus to Kiato, get off at the terminal and take a taxi to the house or get the bus to Xilokastro or Derveni and get off at the Pasio stop. The house is just off the street, where the upper entrance of the house is located. The house has 2 entrances: one from the upper side(Ioannou Polemi 48) and one from the side of the sea (Poseidonos 25). I will be available on arrival, possibly also in mid-time or departure, for any information or service my visitors need. If I'm absent, they can contact me by phone or through a third person who will replace me. The neighborhood is situated near the exit of the town and spreads along the beach where are many restaurants, cafes and night bars as well as cinemas. It is served by commercial uses, health structures and transportation.  Moving to the center of the town is usually on foot (10 'from the center) or by bicycle or by taxi or by interurban bus. There are also buses going to the mountain villages of Corinthia and to other cities and places of Peloponnese. From Kiato it is easy to make one-day excursions to important archaeological sites (Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Olympia, Delphi, Sparta, Mystras), in the Corinth Canal, tothe spa town of Loutraki, to the mountain villages of the area in ancient Stymfalia, connected with the labors of Hercules, but also to tour the whole Peloponnesus for a few days. Also in relatively close distance are the islands of Poros, Hydra, Spetses which can be reached by cars and little boats. Ιn summer, cultural events called ''Sikyonia'' take place here.
