Amazing private room with ensuite bathroom

Clean and cosy room with an ensuite bathroom (amazing hot shower). Located in the heart of Lincoln city centre, in a quiet area, but right next to the high street, shopping centres, cinema, university and much more. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, this new town house also has space for free parking. Lincoln cathedral and castle are 10 mins walk up the hill. Several restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes away. Just the perfect location to experience Lincoln at its best The house is located in a quiet area, but in 1 minute walk you can be on the high street. The train station is 5 minutes away, which makes it very easy to reach also without a car. The room is comfortable and quite big. It takes up the whole third floor. The door to the room is down the stairs, which makes it a very private space for guests, who will not have to share the bathroom. WiFi and flat screen smart tv with Netflix and Amazon prime access for the guests are included. The guests will be able to access their room and bathroom. The use of the kitchen is not allowed, unless agreed with the host during the booking process. I work most of the week and come back around 5:30/6:00 pm every day. Check in is after this time during the week, but it is 2pm at weekends (Saturday/Sundays). I can provide info on the city and what to visit Neighbours are very quiet, so I ask my guests to please not make too much noise later at night in order not to disturb them. The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk from bus stops. Perfect location for public tranports! The room is always kept with high standards of cleanness, especially during the current pandemic, I keep all sanitised for my guests and keep social distancing in the house. Guests are required to wear a face mask any time they are not in their room. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance, the guests are required to sanitize their hands any time they come in the house or leave the house.
