Chez Dominique - Independent Studio

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. Renovated in August 2018, it consists of a large bedroom, a seating area, a small office corner, a kitchen corner with dining table and a spacious bathroom. The indoors is fully renovated. The interior design is country chic with Asian accents. Newly installed kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave and a built-in 2 pit induction cooking plate, bathroom and hardwood floors. Most of the accessories were gathered from all over Asia to create this loving and serene atmosphere. The studio apartment is located at one end of our house with its own entry. The B&B is situated in a lovely village called Son en Breugel near Eindhoven. There are shops and supermarkets situated nearby. COOP is 400 m and ALBERT HEIJN, ALDI, HEMA and KRUIDVAT are 1,9 km. A few houses down the street, there is The Stoerderij, one of the rare water buffaloes farm in The Netherlands. You can buy delicious yogurts, ice creams and butter from its store. Our house is surrounded by other farms and fields to take a nice stroll thru. The canal behind our house is a 15 minutes' walk through the fields. There is a bus stop 200 m from our house that will bring you directly to Eindhoven train station. In downtown Son (2 kms from our house) you can catch the express buses to Eindhoven en Den Bosch. We own an electric car at home and therefore have an electric charging station on our driveway should you wish to charge your car.
