La Sabbia Nera, cottage for 4 people

La Sabbia Nera is a villa for rent on the island of Vulcano, it is located in a strategic position: it is a stone's throw from the pool of thermal mud and a stone's throw from the famous black sand beach as well as a few meters from the center with supermarket, pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants. Although still in a central position, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The house is surrounded by a green and large garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation which also leads to the first floor of the villa (inhabited sporadically by the owner). It has an entrance from the covered terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. Inside it consists of a large living room kitchen equipped with oven, TV with satellite dish and Tivùsat (no Sky) and also iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together (can also be converted into a double) and a window and is equipped with air conditioning; this room has independent access from the terrace but is the passageway to the second double, also large and with window, equipped with air conditioning. Possibility to request a cot for babies. The bathroom is complete with all sanitary facilities, hairdryer provided, shower cubicle and window. The large garden surrounding the house is well cared for, with trees and hedges, a large olive tree and an outdoor shower. In the garden there is a small swing for the children and a barbecue area.
