The Farm itself was built in the 1700’s and was part of the famous Shibden Estate where the Lister family lived. The Annex has amazing views across the valley, it overlooks the stables and running stream, it is a walkers paradise. Private off road parking, only 1 step down into the annex I live on site, so I am always available 24/ 7 Located down a single single track lane, very quiet location overlooking open countryside Shops and supermarket are 5 minutes away by car, and lots of local restaurants offering delivery services. It is a walkers paradise, plenty of routes to walk within the valley also ideal for cyclists. The annex has beautiful views but also there is the opportunity to visit the livery yard below and see the resident ponies.
