The free standing, two-storey holiday house is located in the district of Prassoudi, directly above the sea, on winding roads between romantic olive groves and a fine sandy bay. The house has two holiday apartments – MARIA on the ground level and GIOKOS on the first floor. Each holiday apartment has a separate driveway and entrance. A large, well-maintained Mediterranean garden with lawn, numerous flowers and plants surround the holiday house. Both apartments have a separate part of the garden to one side for the sole use of the guests in the respective apartment. The holiday apartment on the first floor is spacious and the interior is neat and pleasant. From the living room with open kitchen you get to the hallway that leads to the bed- and bath rooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower without a shower basin and the other has a bathtub. On the large, roofed terrace facing the sea you have a wide view across the Ionian Sea perfect for enjoying wonderful sunsets. Directly from the garden, in a distance of only 150mtr and via a staircase you get to the fine sandy bay of Prassoudi. Sunbeds and two taverns at the beach complete the picture of this holiday domicile. This is an ideal location for people seeking tranquillity off the touristic hotspots and also for affiliated families with children who want to enjoy a holiday close to the seaside.
