Only 45 klm away from Athens and close to Evia Island, our villa is suitable for families, friends and couples who want to experience unique, peaceful and luxurious vacations in this beautiful 300 sq.m. villa in Greece with a huge swimming pool. The beach, shops, super market, cafes and restaurants are 5klm by car. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. You'll also find a table tennis, a billiards table, an Xbox One with many games, and very big terraces to enjoy the best sunsets you have ever seen! The villa is located in Nea Politeia, a quiet and full of green area. The neighbors are few and in the perfect distance from the house. The place is quiet but not desolated. Ideal for private vacations and close enough to a very lively town like Oropos. The distance from Piraeus port and from Athens airport is 50 minutes( 69 klm). There a lot of vacation options nearby, like visiting Evia or Eretria by ferry boat from Oropos port (7 klm from the villa). The villa is big enough to host from 1 to 3 families οr a small group of friends or couples. There are plenty of things to do such as rest at one of the 2 living rooms, read your books by the fireplace, play table tennis or billiards in the basement, relax at the pool and the sun with a cocktail, enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the big terrace or porch, play with the rackets close to the pool. Our family lives in Athens only 45 minutes away from the villa. We will be at your disposal whenever you need us, always available on the phone or in the villa. It will be our pleasure to offer you and your family a unique experience during your holidays at the villa. Our Villa is only 5klm from Skala the seaside town of Oropos. There you can find touristic shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Its a 5 min drive by car.Furthermore, from Skala you can visit Island Eretria, 8klm distance by boat.
