Charming Waterfront Log House

Charming log house located 9 km south of Umeå. 5 beds. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, space for socializing. Fireplace. Large garden, 2 terraces. Internet. In summer 2 extra beds in a cabin. 100 m to the beach. Boat included. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. One room has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. The third room is a small room with a shorter bed that best fits for a shorter person (90 x 185 cm). There is a small cabin with 2+2 beds in the yard that can be used during summer (May - September). The house has 2 showers and a bathtub and the kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). Access to wireless internet and TV with extra channels. Wireless streaming of music from cellphone or iPad etc. On the waterfront of the house is a glass-enclosed room where you have a beautiful view of the lake. 100 meters from the house is a small beach where you can swim in the summer. There is also access to a rowing boat, fishing equipment and some lifejackets. On arrival, we will meet up and give information about the house The house is situated in a small village area in the countryside about 10-15 minutes' drive from Umeå Centre (9km). The house is located next to a lake with a small beach and a barbeque. The garden is about 2500 square meters large. There is space for several cars in the driveway of the house. To get to the house, you need a car. It is possible to travel by bus but then you have to walk about 1.5 km. Not to recommend. Bed linings and towels are included for up to 5 persons. Guest clean the house before departure (same condition as when they arrived). On request, we can arrange cleaning for a fee of 1000 SEK. Paid on arrival. Lack of cleaning of the house on departure can result in the charging of a cleaning fee.
