The Old Hall is a beautiful 17th Century Grade II Listed property in the picturesque village of Foolow, close to Eyam and Bakewell. The house is a fantastic space for spending time with family or friends, with a spacious living/dining room complete with huge open fire. The village of Foolow is a picturesque and quiet place, and makes a perfect base to explore the myriad attractions of the Peak District. Bakewell, Chatsworth, Longshaw and the Monsal Trail are all within 15mins drive. The Old Hall is a wonderful historic property in the quiet village of Foolow. At the heart of the house is a spacious reception room with a large dining table and beautiful handcrafted chesterfield sofa in front of a huge open fire. There is a separate snug/TV room which has a comfortable sofa bed which couldn’t sleep an additional two guests if required. The master bedroom is an impressive and spacious dual-aspect room with luxurious en suite facilities which include both a shower and freestanding bath. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms sleeping up to 5, with a separate family bathroom (shower over bath). Foolow is a delightful village, with a duck pond and a cosy pub. Close to Bakewell, Chatworth, Haddon Hall and limitless fantastic walking opportunities in the area. Historic Eyam is a short walk across the fields and makes a nice round trip for tea or ice creams depending on the weather!
