The historic village square with the church has the charm of old times: The houses have been lovingly renovated, the immediate neighbourhood is a mixture of old-established residents and weekend guests. The path to the bathing area takes only 5 minutes - past large trees and old houses. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. From Berlin, it is a good hour's drive from the main railway station or Gesundbrunnen. The house is located directly on the well-developed "Berlin-Usedom" bicycle route. There are many restaurants with regional cuisine in the surrounding area. Some are within walking distance. There are always fresh bread rolls in the supermarket, as well as in the Mahlwerk/Panoramahotel. The Huberhof in Seehausen and the Kastanienhof in the direction of Gerswalde can be reached in 15 minutes by car, both have a nice beer garden.
