1 bedroom cottage renovated to a high standard for that home from home stay in every way. We have fully equipped our cottage to a high standard, even down to quality pots, pans knifes and forks. We will also supply kitchen and bathroom everyday essentials such as cooking oils, spices pasta and sauces etc the bathroom essentials consisting of shampoo, condition, toothpaste etc Located in a quite village on the outskirts of Daventry town, only a 15 minute drive to Northampton or Rugby. You will have the entire 1 bedroom cottage. This will include free off road parking for one car. We have a dinning area with a table 4 chairs, a very spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. All cooking utensils needed to cook basic or a full breakfast/dinner. The lounge has a 2 seater sofa with free view tv. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower area. The bedroom has a double bed with a high quality mattress and bedding. It also has a large built in wardrobe, a dresser, small chest of drawers and bedside table. Outside is a small bistro table and chairs. Location: We are 2 miles from the nearest town which is Daventry. We are 15/20 minutes from bigger town such as Northampton and Rugby. We have local walks, pubs and historic houses and gardens all around us. We are close to a lot of attractions whatever you maybe into, whether that’s motorsport, theme parks, Historic buildings or gardens. Days out here are all so close we are very central. We are a 7 minute drive from the nearest train station. Off road parking in-front of the cottage. Small outside seating area. Available via phone and email. Host lives next door so always around if needed. Quiet village with surrounding fields. Very close to all amenities. So we offer one off road car parking space, we do have curb side parking very close to the cottage. Taxis are around £10 if you wanted to go into the local town and not want to drive. But parking in the town is very easy and lots of it. Train station is a 7 minute drive if you wanted to go further a field. We have curb side parking for guests brining more than one car. NO PETS.
