Our countryside lodge is ideal for wildlife enthusiasts, badgers, fox, muntjac deer, green woodpeckers, jays, red kites, sparrowhawks and buzzards all regular visitors on our grounds. Detached , very quiet and private. Follow the driveway down the side of the main white house and the Lodge is on the left 30yds from the main gate. Please park your vehicles in the sign posted lodge guest car space at the front of the house after unloading luggage. If we are around then we are always happy to help with elderly/infirm guests etc. Our holiday lodge is large and spacious (all on one floor) with NO stairs to climb. It is listed as 'an area of outstanding beauty' by English heritage and National Trust. Local 18 Hole Golf Course 500 yds away and the village pub is 400 yds away. We have plenty of spaces for your cars (free) Local buses to Reading and surrounding villages/towns, trains to/from London at our local station (Reading or Henley-on-Thames). Taxis are here too around the clock. .
