Mary Poppins Small cozy bedroom

I am a friendly person. I live in a 3 bed shabby chic style house & have a small pleasant garden. Its a 3 Bedroomed house - with a small pleasant garden, their is off street parking..local shops and a very nice pub called the Tudor Rose..not too far away! Accomodating with use of the (URL HIDDEN) no smoking in house, however they can use the back garden area! I am available to speak with guests - re travel advice etc.... Very safe & generally very quiet! Parking spaces available Near a bus stop with direct access into Croydon.. 4 Railway stations Coulsdon south , Coulsdon town ,Reedham and Purley,with direct routes into London Victoria and London Bridge Gatwick airport is 20 minutes from my house in a taxi There are local taxi services outside all of these stations and it cost between £4 - 5 to my house The location of the bus services are near and regular into Coulsdon , Croydon and caterham I would prefer guests to be out during the day....
