Cape Villa is managed by "etouri vacation rental management.” Cape Villa is a 310m2 seaside residence situated in Kalathas village with access to a small sea cove exclusively at your disposal, just for you and your loved ones to enjoy offering a sense of harmony and tranquility. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and is perfect for big groups or families. A special feature of the villa is that its two levels may become separate of each other as there is an interior door that separate the two levels as well as two entrances, one for each level of the residence. Layout 1st Floor Entering the villa you find yourselves in a cosy open plan area consisting of the living room and dining area. The living area features two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a 46” HDTV with Netflix and a bluetooth speaker. Large glass balcony doors provide ample lighting and easy access to the spacious balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, that overlooks the sea. The dining area can seat up to 10 people and has balcony doors next to it with access to the front terrace and its sitting area. The first floor kitchen is fully equipped and contains a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, an espresso and a filter coffee machine, dishes and utensils for 10 people. Situated on the first floor are also three bedrooms. There is the master bedroom with a king size bed (1,60X2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with bath and its own private balcony. Additionally the first floor has another two bedrooms with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00)(which can be joined together to form a king size bed) and a family bathroom with a bath. Finally there is a storage closet on this level. Ground Floor Stairs lead from the first floor living room to the ground floor, where you are welcomed in a separate complete living area which is separated from the upper level with a door. On the ground level you may find a second furnished living room with a sofa, a fireplace and 46” HDTV. The living room offers direct outdoor access leading to the outdoor terrace with sea views. Additionally there is a second equipped kitchen which contains a refrigerator, an oven, a washing machine, an espresso and a filter coffee machine and dishes and utensils can be found on this floor. Additionally, the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, both of them featuring king size beds (1,60 x 2,00). All the villa’s bedrooms are air conditioned and have closets. Last but not least, there is a family bathroom with shower on this floor. The ground floor has its own entrance from the ground floor terrace as well as a door in the interior staircase which separates it from the first floor guests if desired thus offering privacy and autonomy, ideal for two families or a group of friends. The village of Kalathas is in between the two other towns of Horafakia and Kounoupidiana. At Horafakia only 2 kilometres away, you will be able to find a mini market, bakery, butcher, gas station and some traditional tavernas. Furthermore at Kounoupidiana only 2.5 km away from the villa you will be able to find a variety of shops such as several pharmacies, butcher, fishmonger, post office and larger supermarkets. There are also some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, and the famous tombs of Venizelos nearby. In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 10 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment. Kalathas beach is only 300 meters away from the villa. The beach is very well organized with umbrellas. West of the main bay, beyond the rocky end, there is a secluded non organised sandy bay.
