Portchester Home with a View

Hi there, I am listing a spare double bedroom in my detached home less than 1/4 mile from Portchester train station. This bright comfortable room includes a double bed, good sized wardrobe & bedside table. Shared bathroom - sometimes. Guests can use the kitchen with AGA, fridge and cupboard space. Laundry can be done providing the stay exceeds 3 days (additional charge may apply) Use of my study, good wi-fi. Off road parking and a great view of Portsmouth harbour. My Cat is called Bertie! Guests are welcome to use the study, playroom and garden. The kitchen is available for food prep and cooking. Tea, coffee and other hot drinks are provided. Study, playroom, kitchen and garden. I work full time, but I will be around and I’m always happy to chat. I have a large drive way and there is always a guest parking space. If you are arriving by train, the house is a 6 minute walk from Portchester Station. I have a cat called Bertie, and from time to time my daughters may turn up with their dogs Oscar and Olive.
