The farm is located on open waters and has its ownharbour. It is ideal for children because of the many play options. There is a large trampoline, football table, dart corner and basketball place and there is a walking pony (called Anouk) for small children that can also be sat on (accompanied by a parent). The fishing spot is 10m away for fun and frolic. There are many cycling opportunities in the area. The start of the famous ferry ride ""De 8 van Grou"" is 5 km away. The golf course is 8km away for fun and frolic. General supplies, shopping, and restaurants are within a 15km radius. Fries Museum Leeuwarden is 17km away. After an active day, you can enjoy the hot tub. The view is wide and the sunsets are breathtaking. The owner has just started and turns it into a truly idyllic spot. Every rental income is invested in refurbishing the farm and yard. Next to the farm is a chalet (house code NL-0046-25). Farm and chalet can also be rented together, ideal for several families (house code NL-0048-50) All rental income will be invested in the location to make it a true idyllic spot. Reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government.
