Large Georgian style house in pretty village

Our home is in a pretty village in Hampshire, between Basingstoke and Newbury, with easy access from Basingstoke station (10 mins) and the M3 (10 mins) and M4 (20 mins) motorways. Tucked away down a lane, with a secluded garden looking onto woodland, it's Georgian in style and very light, with a large terrace and BBQ area. Close to Watership Down, there are lovely walks in the area and from the village. We like to greet our guests or sometimes have a neighbour who can do this for us. There is a pub within 5 minutes walk of the house, a pretty church on the corner of Monk Sherborne Road near the house, and a hairdresser! There is a tennis court (by appointment) in the village, a cricket pitch and a small playground, all within 5 minutes walk. There are golf courses within 10 minutes, Basingstoke amenities such as ice rink, aquadrome, large shopping centre etc. also 10 minutes away. Guests have access to four double bedrooms , four bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, drawing room, sitting room and the terrace and garden. There is plenty of parking at the front of the house. If clothes washing facilities are required please let us know in advance. We will be contactable by phone or email during your stay and more than happy to help with any queries. We have lovely neighbours and are keen not to have them disturbed so we ask for no noise after 11pm. Basingstoke station is 10 mins drive with regular trains to London and the South West. The M3 motorway is 10 mins drive and M4 20 mins. Ramsdell is a few minutes from the A339 which runs between Basingstoke and Newbury. There are many historic houses and gardens in the area including The Vyne (5-10 mins), and Wellington Country Park (20 mins). Beautiful walks on the Gallops in Kingsclere, and a lovely gastropub in Kingsclere village. The Wellington Arms in Baughurst approx. 5 mins from the house is a smart gastropub with a sustainable ethos and locally sourced produce. Lovely garden. Extremely popular and booking recommended. As it's our home and we are very fond of our neighbours we're really keen not to upset them and therefore please ask for no noise after 11pm. Thank you!
