Villa der Löwen: Room 3 (12m²) - 5km from HH-Ring

Hello! We are Kevin and Vivien and are very happy to welcome you as our next guests! Important: We do not rent a whole house, but only single rooms of our private house. Therefore we do not have a common room for larger groups. Note: Our dog "Freya" will not be in the guest area. However, she may sometimes make a loud "woof!". Thank you for your understanding! :-) Room 3 is situated on the second floor on the left. The shared kitchen and the shared bathroom are on the same floor. There is another shared bathroom on the first floor, as well as a guest toilet on the right side of the entrance. Note: At major events from the Hockenheimring the price and length of stay vary. We will give you more information on request. You can park your car opposite our house or in the parking lot of the supermarket (Penny). Please do not park the car in front of the garages of our house. As we work a lot we do not spend a lot of time at home. You can still always contact us via Airbnb or (Hidden by Airbnb) . A grocery store is just across the street and restaurants can be reached by foot within 5 minutes. Parking spaces (even for bigger vehicles) are available. The village centre is 1,5km away and the Hockenheimring 5km. Mannheim (Luisenpark, University) and Heidelberg (Castle, Old Town, Zoo) are each 20km distant from our hometown. Speyer (Techno Museum, Cathedral) and Schwetzingen (Castle Garden) are both 15km away. The bus stop is a 5minute walk away. The train stations in Hockenheim and Neulußheim are 5km away and the distance to the Walldorfer train station is 10km. The motorways A5 and A6 can be reached within minutes (7km). The airport in Frankfurt is 90km away and can be reached within an hour. It wont take you longer than 90 minutes to reach the airport in Stuttgart (120km). We do not have a common room for bigger groups, where you can eat together or similiar.
