B & B with private bathroom in a 4 bed modern family home on the edge of the North York Moors National Park with panoramic views & large secluded garden. Ideal stop for long-distance walkers. Transport to trails. Full English cooked breakfast provided. Good evening meals are available at several local pubs. This is not a business, it is more a hobby and as such I aim to give guests the experience I would like to have when I'm away from home, feeling welcome on arrival and content when leaving. The house is in private grounds at the end of a quiet, peaceful village. Just off Long Distance Footpaths, (NZ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) miles, 22m descent), with easy walking access to the N Y Moors and good vehicular access to a wider area. Pubs and good food are available in the village and Its neighbour, Gt Broughton. The market town of Stokesley is 2 miles away and caters for all your needs. Guests sharing the double bedroom have their own space on the 1st floor of the house with a spacious bedroom, double bed and views to both front and rear of the house. The guest bathroom, fully equipped with bath, shower, bidet adjoins the bedroom. A second bedroom can be made available for singles, travelling together for an additional fee. It is never let separately and can only be booked in tandem with this bedroom. Each guest will have their own spacious double bedroom but share the bathroom on the 1st floor. Washing machine and drier are in the utility room at the rear of the house, where boots may also be cleaned and dried. Guests are welcome to use lounge or conservatory (shared with host) and/or enjoy the views from any one of several outdoor sitting areas or hot tub. Breakfast will normally be served in the conservatory with views over the garden, adjacent fields and Cleveland Hills. English, German, French and Italian spoken. I can meet long distance walkers at roads intersecting the Cleveland Hills from Osmotherley / Ingleby Arncliffe to Clay Bank and take them back the following day. By spending 2 nights and leaving their main baggage with me, walkers can follow the trail from Osmotherley / Ingleby Arncliffe to Clay Bank with light day packs. I can take walkers to Stokesley to replenish supplies and provide a packed lunch at small additional charge. Essential washing and drying facilities and boot cleaning can be made available. Plenty of guides, maps etc for use of guests. Local facilities :- Drink traditional ales and enjoy good food to suit all tastes and budgets in country pubs and restaurants throughout the area. Pick up service for long-distance walkers on Cleveland Way, Coast to Coast, White Rose Walk between Osmotherley and ClayBank. Stop 2 nights and walk the 12.5 mile stretch of the Cleveland Hills, without moving luggage on. Own transport is essential if touring Major trunk roads and mainline railways services are easily accessible. No smoking anywhere on the property. Good Packed lunch can be provided for £5pp Security cameras, saving to the cloud, monitor the front and rear of the property, as it is set back from the road on the edge of the village
