The cottage has a breathtaking view towards the lake and its own access to the water (own shoreline ca. 60m long). The garden (1500 yd²), laid out in descending terraces, is fenced and has two gates. Down by the water there is a place for a bonfire. A small private pier allows safe access to the water.
