Villa in Laghi di Sibari

The Laghi di Sibari are the largest tourist port in the Mediterranean, as well as a pearl of Calabria and of our entire country. The house is located in the Parco delle Rose complex near the entrance to the Laghi, then to the Vigilance, the supermarket and a few minutes from the sea and the shopping center. The Laghi di Sibari are a magical place with unforgettable sunrises and sunsets from the beach! The beaches are equipped and suitable for families with children but they also have plenty of free space for those who prefer a bit of privacy and freedom (perfect for those who own dogs). The house is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a garden with a veranda and, internally, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace and a service bathroom with laundry. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with a balcony and a recently renovated bathroom.
